| Wow! Now THAT is what a battle for the Final Four is supposed to look like. After a triple-counting of the votes, we finally have an official winner in this tournament's closest match yet. Super Mario Bros 3 - 55 Super Smash Bros Melee - 54 It may be by a mere 50.5%, but Mario 3 is moving on! We'll get to see it in action tomorrow night against dark horse Animal Crossing. Will the NES classic be the one to finally put the 16 seed below ground? And now... the match you've all been waiting for. The seeding has held out, and it will be the two #1s going to war here today. Let's take a closer look at their Paths to the Final Four. #1. Ocarina of Time - Dance Dance Revolution (50 - 27) - StarCraft (139 - 135) - Doom (57 - 14) - Sonic 2 (57 - 47) #1. Chrono Trigger - Tetris Attack (31 - 12) - Super Mario Kart (81 - 76) - Perfect Dark (65 - 43) - Final Fantasy 6 (52 - 43) Both had close calls in the second round, but have looked very good otherwise. This is the match I planned out with seeding, predicted in my bracket, and have been most looking forward to all along. I love that we get to see it, here, with a trip to the Championship on the line. But enough talk, let's get started! Monday, September 1st FINAL FOUR 1. Ocarina of Time VS 1.
